Shipment Processing Time:

• Orders are processed promptly, and we ship directly from multiple warehouses outside the country.

• In the case of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay of a couple of days.

• Please allow additional transit days for delivery. We will inform you via email or mobile if there is a significant delay.

• Most shipping charges are free.

• Please be aware that for international shipments, the delivery time is up to 15 business days, considering the products are sent overseas.

• Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Any customs and taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer.

• Atletico Collections is not liable for these fees imposed during or after shipping.

• If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, taxes, or being returned to the sender, we will refund the product cost and retain the shipping charges.
